Hello! My name is Rachel. I am a Colorado native who moved to Arizona in 2014 to get my bachelor’s degree in biology with an emphasis in physical therapy. I was a competitive swimmer for 12 years but really fell in love with weight lifting, the muscular system and the movement patterns of the body during my kinesiology lab in college. My passion is helping people to move to the best of their ability, PAIN FREE, both in the gym and in their daily life.  I am certified for personal training and also for professional assisted stretching. I am a big believer that you can only train as hard as you recover. 

 

Caring for your body has to be comprehensive in nature, and that includes emotional. My hope is that people will learn to train BECAUSE they love their bodies, not SO THAT they can one day love their bodies once enough goals are met. Your body is incredible, resilient, and capable of more than you can imagine. However, it is a process. I’m here to facilitate, educate and encourage you  on your individual journey, beyond what you dare to think possible. Let’s work together to get you moving and feeling the best you ever have!
